Kassie was great. Very personable and allows you to relax from the beginning. Asks about any trouble areas and goes to work. I moved to Florida a couple of months ago and had a couple of so-so massages with other LMTs, which was a pain because my LMT the past 2 years was great. Looking forward to Kassie taking over. Highly recommend.

Nathalie is AMAZING!!! I LOVE MY LASHES. I look forward to every visit I have for my lashes with Nat. My lashes are perfect, a little bit of drama & elegance but still look so natural on me. I get asked all the time what I do or Use on my lashes, that’s seriously how good they look!! She is such a refreshing person to be around. From my first visit with her I was comfortable right away. The room is so cute and cozy and clean. She is so gentle with her application and I love our little therapy sessions we have now. 100000% recommend Nathalie For BEAUTIFUL lashes.

So far, I have done a couple of microneedling sessions and the Classic Rose facial - I have never felt more relaxed! The spa itself is beautiful, clean, and well-decorated. The Somadome pod is a nifty addition, I loved relaxing in there before my treatment. Rooms are also thoroughly disinfected and sanitized in between use. It’s evident how much pride and passion went into this venue, and I’m glad to have discovered The Rose. Looking forward to many more visits here!

Shanna is a gem! She is passionate about her craft and did a great job explaining each step of the process during my microneedling session. I appreciated how often she checked in throughout to ensure I was comfortable the entire time. The business is so cute, clean, and a very calm environment! All of the staff from the front desk to Shanna are helpful and kind. Would 10/10 recommend them for all skincare needs!

I had a Classic Rose facial here with Terri and loved it! The spa is beautiful and very relaxing. Terri was very welcoming and had a very positive and friendly energy. My skin is very sensitive and breakout prone. Terri listened to my skin concerns and tailored the facial to address them. She was very gentle with extractions and my skin now looks and feels great. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

First time at The Rose for a prenatal massage, also my first appointment with Kassie. What a great experience from start to finish. She focused on my requested trouble spot (low back) however gave excellent attention to the rest of the massage. She used a very appropriate amount of pressure and asked for feedback at those times. The Spa itself is beautiful, relaxing, and her choice of music was really nice too. As if that wasn’t great enough, the new owner asked if I would like to add on a somadome guided meditation session. Both experiences were wonderful and I will be back for these and additional services. So glad to have come in!

I went for a day of relaxation and beauty and left feeling exactly that — relaxed and beautiful. First I spend some time in the Somadome, then got a facial with Terri, and wrapped up my day with getting my hair done with Rachel. It was an incredible experience. The spa is beautiful and relaxing. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I can’t think of a better way to spend a day. Thank you to The Rose of Lake Mary for an incredible experience. I can’t wait to come back.

This was so peaceful and an awesome experience! I'm just visiting from Pennsylvania but, if I lived here I would definitely go back! I would actually get the unlimited meditation pod membership. 5 stars !! The girl working at the desk was so nice and polite. I highly recommend this spa!!! Can't wait to go back when I come back to visit my best friend again!

Loved everything about this place! Shanna was FANTASTIC! My first facial and she didn’t disappoint! She was incredibly informative and answered all questions. My facial was customized for my skin, learned new things about my own skin i didn’t even know! Loved her energy and how comfortable she made me feel right from the beginning! Will definitely be back!

Rachel is absolutely amazing at what she does. Every time I go for my facial appointment I leave loving my skin and feeling so much more confident in myself. My skin has changed drastically for the better since I’ve been consistent with my appointments and switched from drug store brand skin care to Eminence Skin Care. I highly recommend Rachel and The Rose.

I brought my 82 yr old grandma in for a facial. Shana and Rachel make you feel so welcomed when you come in! I felt so full of love and light after my facial. My pores are drastically smaller and I’m done using over the counter products for my skin. They have so much knowledge in their field. Also, their eminence products are AMAZING. GO GET YOURSELF PAMPERED. Trust me, you want to!

All I can say: AMAZING! I had a facial done by Shanna and she made my skin feel incredible. I waited to post this review, because I wanted to see how my skin would react after the facial. A few days after my appointment my skin still looks fresh and clean. A few things I would like to mention about how great this facial was:
1. Shanna is very knowledgeable of skin issues. She understands that not all products need to be applied all over, that there are areas that require different products, or a mix, etc.
2. The product line the spa uses: Eminence - which is natural, easy on sensible skin and with amazing scent. It felt like a facial/ aromatherapy session.
3. She utilizes different tools to help with your skin issues. I am not sure of their names, but there was one, like a roller, that had a little electricity in it, that help with blood flow and made my skin feel years younger.
4. Shanna is personable, friendly, and so welcoming.
I already booked my next appointment and I am looking forward to it. Even if you live a little far from Lake Mary (like I do), it's worth the drive.

The Rose in Lake Mary is AMAZING !!! I got a facial done by Shanna and her quality beyond exceeded my expectations! She is so incredibly knowledgeable about all of her products and explains everything going on your skin. She was so talented in every aspect of the word. I felt refreshed and ready to take on the day when I was done. Not to mention the spa is beautiful and extremely cleaned and sanitized I felt very safe being a client and getting services done. I truly can’t wait to go back and I will certainly be gifting her services as birthday and Christmas presents to those I love so they can experience such a quality service!

I have had a facial now with Rachel and with Shanna, both were absolutely amazing experiences. They talk you through the entire process and want to make sure they are addressing your concern areas. Such a great experience and feeling walking into this spa and I recommend them to all of my friends for facial or lash needs. Both Shanna and Rachel have such wonderful and caring personalities which makes the experience so much better.

Shanna is wonderful! I have had both lashes and a facial done at The Rose and I can’t speak highly enough. The environment is so welcoming, everyone makes you feel comfortable and really listens to what you want rather than pushing products or services. The classic rose facial was so relaxing and the added scalp massage was my favorite part! Every time I leave The Rose I feel relaxed and beautiful. Wow is literally all I can say! This place makes me feel SO comfortable and relaxed every time I am here. Shanna is absolutely amazing in every way. She makes you feel so at home and I never leave there without feeling my absolute best. Between my eyelash extensions and facials she makes me feel absolutely beautiful and she is also SO knowledgeable about her products no matter if it’s lashes, skincare, etc. You name it, she knows about it. Wouldn’t want to take my business anywhere else!

Hands down the BEST spa i have ever been to. From the moment you walk in it is just the most calming atmosphere. Not to mention, the best staff and owner! I got the classic rose facial and let me tell you girlllll don’t walk, RUN to get this facial! I felt like I was on drugs when it was all done, I felt so relaxed and my face felt so clean and smooth. If I could give this place 500 stars I would!

This place is phenomenal in every aspect of the word from the beginning of your experience, through out and the end and even post treatment. Shanna and her amazing team work wonders! I started with a facial by Lisa who was beyond professional, sweet and extremely knowledgeable in her craft. The ambiance of the spa is peaceful and relaxing and calming and fresh. The products supplied by The Rose are unique per every client and have changed my skin and confidence to a whole other level.
I have never had lashes done before, I was always interested and once I reached out to Shanna about inquiring about getting lashes for the first time she was a subject matter expert in her field of work and explained everything step by step and was beyond passionate about her work and the end result was breathtaking!! Shanna and her team have a client for LIFE!

As a “first timer” I didn’t know what to expect when getting a facial. Upon entering the staff was so welcoming and friendly! Rachel did an amazing job, she explained each step, the why behind it, as well as the benefits. Not sure what products your face needs? Neither did I. Rachel recommended and few products, and after two weeks I can already notice a difference in my skin. Im signed up for microneedling in a few short weeks and am so excited to see my results. You only get one face, it’s in good hands at The Rose, literally!

The Rose Lake Mary was adorable, very clean, and unique! I received a wonderful facial by Rachel. It was the first one I had ever gotten, and I was pleasantly surprised by it! My face was glowing the rest of the day and I felt so relaxed. Rachel was extremely educated in her craft, I was very impressed. If you’re looking for a spa, look no further!

This Roseis amazing! As soon as you walk in the doors there is a sense of peace that washes over you! You are getting pampered in so many different ways. It is a one stop shop…. I would hang out here all day if I could. The somadome is where I can truly relax and focus my thoughts. I love how I can get my lashes brows & hair done all at the same place. You can treat yourself friends and family with multiple services with great staff! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming & they are there for you! Walking into The Rose Organic Spa, the feeling is calming, relaxing, and amazing atmosphere. I was impressed when greeted by Shanna. She professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She recommend some self-love in the Somadome Meditation pod. It is AWESOME!! I have been burning the “candle at both ends” per say. Just feeling worn out, no energy, or get up and go. I love to share that I absolutely needed this meditative journey. I had forgotten to take time for me. Now, I will be back to do more Somadome Meditation. Peace, love, good choices, and positive vibes to all!

Shanna is amazing at what she does. Each time I’ve gone to get my lashes done I leave feeling so refreshed, relaxed, and fabulous! Her work is so unique, and she took the time to learn what styles I like, and what looks best and personalized it every time.
She loves what she does and she genuinely cares about her clients. If you don’t already go see this beautiful woman, I STRONGLY suggest paying her a visit! Whether you’re a lash veteran or curious about trying them, GO! And if lashes may not be something you’re ready to try yet, her facial menu is 😍!!

This is my second massage with Kassie, first was prenatal and now after delivery, a regular massage. I can say she was equally skilled in making me comfortable at both stages. The amount of pressure she uses is excellent and worthy of deep tissue levels of benefit; she is open to feedback and as expected, always professional. I’ll be returning regularly to see her and to explore other services as The Rose. I feel great after that experience!!
